What You Need

1. Qualify
Requirements
Before applying, make sure you have a university degree or are currently pursuing one. An additional TEFL certificate and any teaching experience will be an added advantage.
Training
Take an optional TEFL course of your choice or take our recommended 60 Hour or 120 Hour Online TEFL Course. You can start working while you’re taking the course.
2. Join
Details
Fill a form just one time, detailing your professional skills, goals, qualifications, work experience and preferences in order to get matched to the jobs that best suit your skills.
Introduction
Upload a clear photo of your face to be used as the profile picture. You will also need to upload a short self-introduction video stating your name, nationality and work experience.
3. Interview
Preparation
The preparation stage will give you the information on what and how you should prepare for your interview and demo, with a downloadable evaluation guide provided.
Evaluation
Book a time for your interview and demo lesson, online via Zoom. After the interview and demo, sit back and wait for available matching job postings and offers to be sent to you.
4. Work
Postings
In addition to the roles posted on our job board, you will receive texts or emails with jobs that match you. All you have to do is apply with one click, give a demo and start working.
Lessons
Before each course, you will be given preparation resources, including lesson plans, presentations and other necessary materials. All you have to do is show up on time and work.
5. Earn
Payment
The hourly rate will typically range from £12 on the lower end to £20 on the upper end. All teachers will be placed into specific pay tiers and will be eligible for raises and bonuses.
Contract
Teachers will typically get paid on the 15th of every month for the hours worked in the previous month. You will initially be on a 6 month freelancer contract, subject to renewal.
